Brooke Fay

Brooke Fay the Clinic Director at ABC Behavior in Warrenton, Virginia, and the National Clinic Director for Hi-5 ABA, a nationwide ABA franchising company. Her passion for this field began in high school when I participated in a reverse inclusion classroom, helping students with disabilities develop functional skills. She earned her B.S. and M.Ed. in Special Education from the University of Maryland and went on to teach middle and high school special education in Maryland and Oklahoma. Her interest in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) grew during this time, leading her to pursue my Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, which she has held since 2015. Throughout her career, she has worked in various roles, including classroom teacher, direct therapist, BCBA, senior BCBA, and Clinical Director, across diverse settings such as schools, home-based therapy, and clinic-based therapy. She has also consulted and collaborated with public and private schools and served as an adjunct professor at James Madison University.
Since stepping into a Clinical Director role in 2020 and joining ABC Behavior and Hi-5 ABA in 2024, she has remained committed to open communication, staff support, and ongoing learning. She strives to ensure that her staff and BCBAs feel valued and empowered while fostering an environment of professional growth.
"While I love working directly with clients, I also take great pride in training staff and BCBAs to provide the highest quality services. I feel incredibly fortunate to work in a field that fosters life-changing progress for the clients and families we serve."
